About the role

World Vision is seeking a senior professional to lead innovation and program quality across its national strategy. The role focuses on improving the design, monitoring, evaluation and learning processes that support vulnerable children in Nicaragua.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of the national strategy, ensuring high‑quality program delivery from diagnosis to learning.
• Coordinate planning, monitoring and evaluation activities, aligning them with global, regional and CA4 Cluster guidelines.
• Oversee indicator tracking and continuous evaluation of the strategy’s impact.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in program processes.
• Collaborate on the design of project proposals and ensure alignment with donor and support office requirements.

Required profile

• Degree in Social Sciences, Administrative Sciences or related field; postgraduate specialization in research and development.
• Strong knowledge of strategic and operational planning, innovation, and participatory methodologies.
• Excellent oral and written communication, conflict‑resolution, analysis and synthesis abilities.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Minimum five years of managerial experience in formulation, planning, administration and evaluation of development programs.
