Diseñador/a Instruccional – Trabajo Remoto

About the role

Valuexperience, a consultancy focused on commercial performance and organisational wellbeing, is looking for a remote Instructional Designer. You will transform dense, technical content into engaging micro‑learning experiences that adults can remember and apply in their work.

Key responsibilities

• Convert source material into micro‑courses, infographics, video pills and interactive assets using cognitive load and andragogical principles.
• Write pedagogically structured scripts and storyboards with a strong visual focus.
• Develop e‑learning content with Articulate, PDF Escape or similar authoring tools.
• Create graphics using Canva and the Adobe suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Edit short videos (reels, micro‑learning) with Premiere or After Effects.
• Coordinate with Moodle administrators for content upload, classroom setup, resource review and navigation testing.
• Assess pedagogical usability of learning environments and propose improvements to boost engagement.
• Collaborate with the graphic design team on visual resources and dynamic learning materials.
• Integrate AI tools (ChatGPT, Leonardo, Freepik, etc.) into the creation workflow while preserving pedagogical judgment.

Required profile

• Proven experience in instructional design and adult learning pedagogy.
• Hands‑on knowledge of Moodle for content management, activity review and evaluation.
• Ability to craft clear, motivating learning messages that drive user participation.
• Strong autonomy, meeting deadlines and transparent communication.
