Energy Storage Sales Manager – Central America & Caribbean

About the role

We are looking for an Energy Storage Sales professional to lead the development of CATL’s overseas energy‑storage business across Central America and the Caribbean. Based remotely in Nicaragua, you will drive sales growth, manage commercial contracts and act as the main liaison with customers and internal project teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and expand CATL’s energy‑storage business in the assigned region.
• Lead commercial contract negotiations and pricing during project bidding.
• Prepare product quotations, decompose pricing and coordinate with cross‑functional departments.
• Follow up quotations and orders to ensure annual sales targets are met.
• Maintain daily customer interactions, conduct visits, and nurture long‑term relationships.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher; international trade or scientific background preferred.
• Experience in new‑energy vehicle or energy‑storage industries is a plus.
• Strong communication, business etiquette and leadership abilities.
• High competitive drive, pioneering spirit and achievement orientation.
• Willingness to travel frequently for business.
• Overseas work experience or sales experience in vehicle parts or energy storage preferred.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
