Ejecutivo comercial – gestión de cartera en Managua

About the role

Contec Industrial, a leading material‑handling solutions provider in Central America and the Caribbean, is looking for a Commercial Executive to manage and grow its client portfolio in Managua, Nicaragua. The role is full‑time, onsite and focused on delivering tailored solutions to industrial customers.

Key responsibilities

• Identify business opportunities and prepare commercial proposals.
• Visit clients in person and maintain continuous follow‑up on operations and projects.
• Coordinate with the technical team to deliver tailored material‑handling solutions.
• Manage and develop the existing customer portfolio in Managua.

Required profile

• Proven commercial aptitude with experience in account management, negotiation and closing sales in industrial or B2B environments.
• Strong follow‑up skills and ability to organize contacts and activities efficiently.
• Excellent oral and written communication, capable of presenting technical solutions clearly.
• Experience in commercial management, target planning and sales results analysis.
• Customer‑service orientation with a focus on long‑term relationships.
• Relevant education (Administration, Engineering, Marketing or similar) and proficiency with office tools and CRM.
• Team player, proactive, organized and willing to learn about material‑handling products.
