Delivery Manager (Remote, LATAM)

About the role

Worldly is seeking a Delivery Manager to lead cross‑functional squads in delivering high‑quality software solutions. You will partner with Product Managers and Technical Squad Leads to ensure efficient, agile delivery aligned with strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate agile ceremonies such as daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and ensure clear communication within the team.
• Manage the backlog, ticket flow, and prioritize development tasks to align with product goals.
• Act as the primary liaison between Product Owners/Managers and the development team, communicating requirements, risks, and status.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely and quality outcomes.
• Promote continuous improvement by analyzing performance metrics and implementing process enhancements.
• Coordinate resources with team leads to balance workload and meet project timelines.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Delivery Manager, Agile Coach, or similar role in a technology‑driven environment.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and detail‑oriented abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships across diverse teams.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and drive them to successful completion.

Required skills

• Deep understanding of agile methodologies, especially Scrum and Kanban.
• Hands‑on experience facilitating agile ceremonies.
• Familiarity with agile project management tools and software development lifecycle processes.
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) is a plus.
