Customer Experience Trainee Internship

About the role

Tigo Nicaragua is looking for passionate students interested in innovation, customer experience and technology to join its Customer Experience Trainee program. This is a paid internship of 11 months, Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., focused on improving the digital experience of millions of customers through analysis, automation and artificial intelligence initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze digital customer journeys, identify pain points and improvement opportunities across touchpoints
• Monitor and follow up digital experience indicators such as NPS, CSAT, CES and FCR, and other operational KPIs
• Analyze customer voice, operational data and user behavior to propose improvements
• Support prioritizing and tracking projects that optimize the customer experience
• Take part in initiatives related to automation, digital channels and artificial intelligence

Required profile

• Student in the final years of Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or a related field
• Interest in customer experience, digital experience, automation and artificial intelligence
• Proactive, analytical, eager to learn and enjoys teamwork
• Curious about customer behavior and able to turn data into improvement opportunities

Required skills

• Basic to intermediate Excel
