Bilingual Virtual Assistant - Recruiting & Appointment Setting

About the role

We are seeking a high‑energy, organized Bilingual Virtual Assistant (English/Spanish) to support our fast‑growing insurance and recruiting organization. The role is fully remote, full‑time (8 hours per day) and focuses on outbound outreach, candidate coordination and general administrative support for the leadership team.

Key responsibilities

• Make high‑volume outbound calls and follow‑up with prospective candidates.
• Schedule interviews, meetings and recruiting appointments.
• Communicate with candidates via phone, text and email to keep them informed.
• Assist with recruiting and onboarding coordination, maintaining candidate information and follow‑up lists.
• Manage calendars, daily schedules and provide general administrative support to leadership.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and Spanish with clear, professional spoken communication.
• Confident phone presence, comfortable following scripts and systems.
• Reliable, organized, detail‑oriented and self‑motivated.
• Available during U.S. Eastern Time business hours.
• Own a reliable computer, high‑speed internet and a quiet workspace.
