About the role

Del Mar Health BPO is seeking a bilingual Medical Doctor (MD) to join its on‑site team in Managua, Nicaragua. This full‑time position involves reviewing medical charts, summarizing records, and participating in virtual clinical activities to support both routine and urgent care services.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct thorough medical chart reviews using clinical expertise.
• Prepare concise summaries of patient records for internal and client use.
• Engage in virtual clinical tasks, including consultations and case discussions.
• Apply critical thinking to resolve complex medical queries independently.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high‑quality patient outcomes.

Required profile

• Valid medical license (MD) – or equivalent for nurses (RN) and experienced non‑clinical staff.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience in urgent‑care or primary‑care settings is a plus.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and best practices.
