Bilingual Assistant Property Manager (English/Spanish)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Bilingual Assistant Property Manager who will support the daily operations of a residential property portfolio. Working remotely, you will act as the main point of contact for tenants, owners and vendors in both English and Spanish.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the day‑to‑day management of multiple residential properties.
• Handle tenant communications, answer inquiries and resolve issues in English and Spanish.
• Receive, submit and coordinate maintenance requests with vendors and internal teams.
• Schedule inspections, appointments and vendor visits, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Support leasing activities: respond to leads, process applications, prepare lease documents and coordinate move‑ins/move‑outs.
• Monitor rent payments, assist with collection and follow up on overdue balances.
• Maintain accurate records of tenants, leases, maintenance and property data in Yardi or AppFolio.
• Provide administrative support to the property management team and contribute to special projects.

Required profile

• Fluent in written and spoken English and Spanish.
• Minimum two years of experience in residential property management.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively and meet deadlines.
• Self‑motivated, dependable and comfortable working independently on camera throughout the workday.

Required skills

• Yardi or AppFolio property management software.
• Microsoft Office suite.
• Google Workspace.
