Assistant Maintenance Manager (Remote)

About the role

Simple Call Solutions LLC is seeking a reliable, detail‑oriented Assistant Maintenance Manager to support property‑management clients remotely. The role is ideal for candidates with experience in property maintenance coordination and familiarity with the AppFolio platform.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor, assign, and follow up on pending work orders to ensure timely vendor response.
• Coordinate scheduling, tracking, and completion of maintenance tasks with vendors.
• Communicate with property owners to obtain approvals and provide semi‑annual or annual maintenance estimates.
• Oversee appliance upgrades, replacements, and filter purchases and distribution.
• Follow up with tenants after service visits to confirm satisfaction and quality.
• Schedule and dispatch cleaning teams based on property needs.
• Document all work orders accurately in AppFolio for billing purposes.

Required profile

• Strong English communication skills and bilingual English/Spanish ability.
• Experience using AppFolio for work‑order management.
• Stable internet connection, UPS backup, and dual‑monitor setup.
• Excellent organization, follow‑up, and attention to detail.
