About the role

Deloitte is looking for a Technical Business Analyst to join its team in Nicaragua. In this role you will bridge business needs and technology solutions, helping clients improve processes and achieve their strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze current business processes and identify improvement opportunities through technology.
• Gather, document, and manage functional and technical requirements.
• Facilitate discovery sessions, workshops, and stakeholder interviews.
• Evaluate the feasibility of technology solutions and support business readiness activities.
• Create use cases, user stories, flow diagrams, and functional specifications.
• Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure clear requirements.
• Support UAT testing and validate deliverables.
• Monitor business KPIs linked to projects or solutions.
• Contribute to roadmap creation and backlog prioritization.

Required profile

• Degree in Technology, Computer Systems or related field.
• 0‑3 years of experience in medium to large technology projects using agile or traditional methodologies.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business language.
• Advanced English proficiency.
