About the role

As an Agentic AI Engineer at BairesDev, you will design and develop advanced multi-step agentic systems that bridge generative AI models with functional tools, enabling autonomous agents to orchestrate complex workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement multi‑agent orchestration frameworks using LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
• Develop custom tool‑calling capabilities to expand agent functionality and real‑world impact.
• Architect complex workflows for multi‑step reasoning and autonomous task execution.
• Optimize agent performance through deep knowledge of transformer architectures and prompt engineering.
• Implement observability and monitoring solutions to track agent behavior and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to automate business processes using agentic AI solutions.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in AI Engineering or Software Engineering.
• Proven expertise building agentic systems with frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
• Strong proficiency in Python and tool‑calling implementation.
• Deep understanding of transformer architecture and observability for long‑running AI workflows.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
