Analista de Contabilidad – Especialista en ERP y Tecnologías

About the role

AKDigitalGlobal is looking for an Accounting Analyst with a strong technology orientation to support the finance team. The role works directly with the CEO and the General Accountant, ensuring the day‑to‑day accounting operations are up‑to‑date and fully digital.

Key responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable through an ERP, recording purchase invoices, scheduling payments and monitoring technology‑service suppliers.
• Optimize expense control by tracking recurring costs, preventing payment delays and identifying duplicate entries to propose savings.
• Perform daily journal entries, bank reconciliations and support inventory accounting between physical stock and system records.
• Ensure compliance by digitally organizing expense vouchers, tax withholdings and local tax filings in coordination with the General Accountant.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or advanced studies in Public Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Proven experience with at least one ERP system and a strong affinity for technology.
• Digital‑first mindset aimed at eliminating paper‑based processes.
• Knowledge of local tax regulations, accounts payable and basic accounting principles.

Required skills

• Odoo ERP (or willingness to be trained)
• Other ERP platforms such as SAP, QuickBooks or Zoho
