Talent Sourcing Specialist

About the role

The Talent Sourcing Specialist works under the direction of the Talent Acquisition Manager and Recruiters to build qualified candidate pipelines for a variety of requisitions. This remote position operates on a 9 AM–5 PM PST schedule, Monday‑Friday, and focuses on market research, passive candidate identification, personalized outreach, and initial qualification.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies and channel plans for each assigned requisition.
• Construct complex Boolean search strings and generate candidate lists using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms.
• Identify and engage passive talent across multiple functions, levels, and geographies, including offshore markets.
• Write outreach copy that drives measurable reply rates and track outreach performance.
• Deliver screened shortlists to Recruiters and maintain accurate pipeline data in the ATS.
• Collaborate on shared search libraries or sourcing playbooks.

Required profile

• 2+ years of dedicated sourcing experience in a corporate or agency environment.
• Hands‑on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and at least one additional sourcing or talent intelligence platform.
• Experience sourcing in e‑commerce, marketplace, supply‑chain, or high‑growth technology organizations is preferred.
• Strong written English and ability to work a shift overlapping US business hours.
• Data‑driven mindset with disciplined ATS data entry and confidentiality handling.
