Talent Partner – Recruitment Specialist

About the role

Viva Talent is looking for a Talent Partner to own the end‑to‑end candidate experience for Executive Assistants and Recruitment Coordinators across Latin America. You will combine empathy, speed, and AI‑driven tools to create a memorable hiring journey from first contact through pre‑onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full candidate lifecycle, ensuring clear, engaging, and human touchpoints from outreach to pre‑onboarding.
• Design and continuously improve recruiting communications such as emails, surveys, templates, and interview instructions.
• Partner with hiring teams to keep recruitment pipelines moving quickly while maintaining high quality.
• Analyze recruiting data to identify bottlenecks and optimize workflows.
• Leverage AI recruiting platforms and automation to reduce manual work and increase consistency.
• Introduce fresh ideas that make every interaction modern, thoughtful, and memorable.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, people operations, or related fields.
• Passion for applying AI to redesign recruitment workflows and improve candidate experience.
• Comfortable working remotely with a proactive, ownership mindset.
• Stable professional history, including at least one role held for 2 + years.
• English proficiency at C1 level or higher.
