About the role

Cargill is seeking a permanent Point of Sale Representative to promote and sell its food and agricultural products across Nicaragua. The role is based in Managua, works daytime hours, and involves direct interaction with retailers and customers.

Key responsibilities

• Rotate, classify, and arrange products at assigned points of sale.
• Dispatch products and place promotional materials in stores.
• Maintain product rotation and manage on‑site inventory, including cyclic counts and audits.
• Respond to retailer requests and ensure food safety and product quality.
• Follow all safety policies, keep the work environment clean, and use personal protective equipment.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Required profile

• At least 18 years old with secondary education completed or higher.
• Ability to read and write Spanish fluently.
• Physical capability to bend, climb stairs, kneel, squat, twist, and lift up to 25 kg.
• Willingness to work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions, including cold temperatures (≈6 °C) and environments with noise, dust, or chemicals.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays with prior notice.
• Minimum six months of experience in a similar sales or retail role.
