Remote Property Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to remotely oversee a portfolio of residential properties. You will ensure properties are maintained, residents are satisfied, and owners receive excellent service in line with our standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in managing a portfolio of properties and maintaining resident satisfaction.
• Resolve owner inquiries, questions, and complaints via phone and email.
• Use CRM tools to track and follow up on requests.
• Handle first‑touch resident escalations aiming for one‑touch resolution.
• Support habitability/legal claim processes when needed.
• Assist applicants and Leasing Specialists throughout the application process.
• Confirm lease documents, signatures, and deposits comply with policies.
• Send required addendums or CC&Rs after lease execution.
• Follow up with residents after move‑in to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with field agents and marketing teams for property feedback.
• Assist with notice‑to‑vacate, move‑out processes, and non‑compliance notices.
• Perform other related tasks as required.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of property management experience.
• Proficiency with AppFolio, Buildium, PropertyMeld, or similar property‑management platforms.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to build professional relationships.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and basic accounting/math abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work positively in a remote environment.

What we offer

• Full‑time, Monday‑Friday schedule.
• Hourly compensation ranging from $12 to $14 per hour.
