Recruitment Specialist – Talent Partner (Remote)

About the role

Viva Talent is looking for a Recruitment Specialist who will act as a Talent Partner, shaping the end‑to‑end candidate experience across Latin America. You will combine empathy, speed, and AI‑driven tools to make every interaction memorable and efficient.

Key responsibilities

• Own the candidate journey from first outreach through interviews and pre‑onboarding, ensuring clear and engaging communication.
• Design and continuously improve recruiting communications such as emails, surveys, templates, and interview instructions.
• Partner with hiring teams to keep recruitment pipelines moving quickly while maintaining high quality.
• Analyze recruiting data to spot bottlenecks and optimize hiring workflows.
• Leverage AI recruiting platforms and automation to reduce manual work and enhance consistency.
• Introduce fresh ideas that make Viva’s hiring process modern, thoughtful, and memorable.
• Adapt rapidly in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment without sacrificing detail.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, people operations, or related fields.
• Passion for applying AI to redesign recruitment workflows and improve candidate experience.
• Comfortable working remotely and collaborating with distributed teams.
• Strong English proficiency (C1+), with clear, concise, and engaging communication.
• Proven ability to work autonomously, take ownership, and be proactive.
• Stable professional background, including at least one role held for 2 + years.
