People & Culture Manager

About the role

World Vision is seeking a People & Culture Manager to shape the future of its organizational culture and drive meaningful change. The role focuses on fostering an environment where staff can thrive, aligning with the organization’s mission to give vulnerable children hope and a prosperous future.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Exponential Talent strategy, promoting innovation, agility, data‑driven decision‑making and rapid experimentation.
• Design employee experiences that enhance engagement, wellbeing and continuous development.
• Drive cultural transformation, encouraging autonomy and collaborative ways of working.
• Implement modern talent management practices, including performance management, leadership development and succession planning.
• Guide teams with Christ‑centered, human and empathetic leadership.
• Promote safe, inclusive environments focused on holistic staff care.

Required profile

• Graduate degree in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, Psychology or a related field.
• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Social Sciences, Talent Management or Organizational Development is desirable.
• More than 5 years of experience leading HR functions in agile, digital or fast‑paced environments.
• Strong background in organizational culture, change management and talent development.
• Innovative mindset, strategic vision and high execution capability.
• Proven ability to influence, inspire and build collaborative relationships.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Passion for service, learning and creating significant impact.
