About the role

As the first point of contact for patients seeking mental health treatment, you will greet individuals during telehealth consultations, conduct comprehensive intake procedures, and verify medical and medication histories. This full‑time remote position allows you to deliver compassionate care from the comfort of your home while helping to reduce wait times and improve the overall patient experience.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the initial contact for patients during video‑based telehealth sessions.
• Perform detailed medical intake, including verification of government ID and medication history.
• Combine medication information with current clinical assessments to support treatment planning.
• Provide empathetic, high‑quality care to patients with complex mental‑health backgrounds.
• Maintain efficient patient flow to minimize wait times.

Required profile

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (preferred) or Medical Assistant certification.
• Healthcare or medical background with direct patient‑care experience.
• Strong communication skills for video/telehealth interactions.
• Experience in customer service or patient relations.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Chrome browser and standard computer technology.
