Intake Specialist – Employment Law

About the role

We are looking for an Intake Specialist to join our Employment Law team. You will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, guiding them through the initial intake process and helping them understand how our firm can support their legal needs.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct intake interviews with potential clients via phone or in‑person.
• Gather detailed case information, including accident details, injuries, and background facts.
• Screen cases against firm criteria to determine eligibility for representation.
• Communicate the firm’s services, processes, and next steps in a clear, persuasive manner.
• Accurately record all intake data in the firm’s case management system.
• Follow up with clients to obtain additional information or clarify details.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Experience handling client intake for Employment Law matters.
• Proven sales background with strong persuasive communication skills.
• Highly self‑motivated and detail‑oriented.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Fluent Spanish is desirable; bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
