Coordinador de Eventos

About the role

We are looking for an Event Coordinator to manage the administrative side of events in a hospitality environment. The role combines supplier management, budgeting, and logistical support to ensure successful event execution.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and follow up with suppliers, obtain quotations, and process payments.
• Prepare purchase orders, handle invoices, and maintain event budgets.
• Document all event-related information and coordinate with internal departments.
• Support logistics and execution of events when required.

Required profile

• Background in Business Administration, Hospitality, Tourism, or related fields.
• Highly organized, dynamic, proactive, and service‑oriented.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong follow‑up abilities.
• Advanced English to communicate with English‑speaking leaders.

Required skills

• Advanced English proficiency.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong Excel skills for budgeting and reporting.

What we offer

• Salary ranging from US$1,200 to US$1,500 per month, based on experience.
