Client Advisor

About the role

Toptal is seeking a Client Advisor to be the first point of contact for inbound prospects from small‑ and medium‑sized businesses. In this remote, consultative sales role you will quickly understand client needs, present Toptal’s talent and service portfolio, and guide prospects through the sales journey.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to inbound client inquiries within five minutes, establishing rapport and diagnosing business objectives.
• Conduct high‑energy discovery calls to uncover needs and align Toptal solutions.
• Qualify opportunities, manage the sales pipeline, and coordinate with specialists for deeper expertise.
• Maintain client engagement throughout technical evaluation stages and address any obstacles to decision‑making.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless hand‑off from initial contact to contract closure.
