Lead Generation & Outreach Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Lead Generation & Outreach Specialist to support early‑stage sales in the construction sector. Working remotely, you will source high‑potential prospects, run automated outreach campaigns and schedule qualified meetings for the founder.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify prospects through LinkedIn, databases and online sources.
• Design and execute outbound email and LinkedIn automation sequences using tools such as Apollo, Instantly, Smartlead or Lemlist.
• Conduct targeted cold‑calling follow‑ups to nurture leads.
• Qualify prospects against defined criteria and maintain accurate records in the CRM.
• Book and coordinate meetings between qualified leads and the founder.
• Track outreach performance metrics and continuously optimise campaigns.

Required profile

• 2–5+ years of experience in sales development, lead generation or appointment setting.
• Strong written communication for cold outreach and confident phone presence.
• Highly organized, process‑driven and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Results‑oriented with a focus on metrics and efficiency.
