Bilingual Client Success Representative (English & Spanish)

About the role

Bobtail is a supply‑chain technology company focused on eliminating inefficiencies. They are looking for a bilingual (English & Spanish) Client Success Representative to be the first point of contact for their customers and carriers.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for company clients.
• Resolve complaints and improve processes to prevent future issues.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with assigned carriers.
• Collaborate with internal departments to fulfill carrier needs.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of assigned accounts.
• Answer incoming calls from carriers, brokers and potential new clients.
• Communicate with carriers via email, text or phone.

Required profile

• Customer service experience.
• At least 6 months tenure at Bobtail.
• Fluent in both English and Spanish.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong time‑management and multitasking abilities.
• Organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks to meet client and company needs.
• Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
