Appointment Setter / Lead Generation Specialist

About the role

We are looking for two motivated Appointment Setters / Lead Generation Specialists to join a growing revenue operations team. You will be the first point of contact with qualified prospects, using phone, personalized email and LinkedIn to start credible business conversations and schedule appointments for senior leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Contact qualified prospects via outbound calls, tailored emails and LinkedIn outreach.
• Initiate natural business conversations and uncover potential client needs.
• Qualify prospects against a basic fit for the company’s services.
• Schedule appointments for company executives.
• Research target companies, decision‑makers and maintain organized prospect lists per campaign.
• Prepare and document prospect information for outreach teams.

Required profile

• Confident, articulate and comfortable speaking with founders, owners or executives.
• Curious, quick‑thinking and able to handle rejection professionally.
• Strong listener who can identify client needs and recognize patterns.
• Detail‑oriented, methodical and accountable for results.

Required skills

• Proven experience in B2B outbound calling and appointment setting.
• Excellent spoken English, easy for business owners to understand.
• Experience documenting calls, managing follow‑up and consistently booking qualified leads.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and CRM systems for data management.
• Ability to verify contact data and support multiple campaigns without mixing information.
