Key responsibilities

• Manage calendars, inboxes, meetings, travel, and expenses.
• Build and improve workflows, trackers, and documentation.
• Support projects, reporting, and process improvement.
• Coordinate across teams and stakeholders.
• Track deadlines, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Identify inefficiencies and propose better systems.
