Remote B2B Cold Caller (LATAM & Caribbean)

About the role

Arvenda, a staffing company, is recruiting a B2B cold caller for Hata Advising, a financial and systems consulting firm serving U.S. home services businesses such as roofing, HVAC, electrical, plumbing and windows. The role is 100% remote, with a schedule Monday to Friday and flexible hours; clients work on EST and PST. Pay is $1,200 USD per month base plus bonuses for every qualified discovery call booked and every deal closed.

Key responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound calls to U.S. home services business owners
• Past gatekeepers, build rapport quickly and pitch with a compelling story
• Book qualified discovery calls directly on the client's calendar
• Send a short follow-up email confirming each meeting
• Work a 10,000+ lead list in Google Sheets with clean, consistent call tracking
• Hitting weekly booked-call targets with minimal supervision

Required profile

• 3+ years of proven B2B cold calling experience
• Native-level or near-native English with a clear, neutral accent
• Resilience for heavy daily dialing and the ability to recover from rejections
• A confident, natural phone presence and good storytelling
• Ability to work independently
• Complete work-from-home setup: good computer, noise-canceling headset and quiet environment
