About the role

The Call Center Officer will handle incoming phone requests, inquiries and complaints from Banco Ficohsa customers in Managua. The role focuses on delivering prompt, quality resolutions while also promoting bank products to achieve sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Answer customer calls, provide accurate information and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Meet the service performance indicators established by the call center.
• Achieve product placement goals defined by the bank for the call‑center channel.
• Ensure all interactions comply with transparency regulations and internal policies of the Call Center Nicaragua.

Required profile

• At least one year of experience in sales and customer service.
• Graduate or currently studying in an economic or related field.
• Residency in Managua and availability for rotating shift schedules.
• Strong result orientation, communication skills and ability to work under pressure.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
