About the role

The National Football Team of Nicaragua is seeking a Gerente de Inteligencia Deportiva to lead the collection, analysis, and dissemination of performance data that supports coaching decisions and player development.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the acquisition of match and training data from domestic and international competitions.
• Produce analytical reports on opponent tactics, player performance metrics, and scouting insights.
• Collaborate with coaches, medical staff, and technical directors to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Maintain databases and ensure data integrity for long‑term strategic planning.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sports intelligence or data analysis within football leagues of similar level.
• Age between 30 and 50 years.
• Male gender as specified by the organization.
• Willingness to travel as required for matches and scouting missions.
• No passport required.
