About the role

Join BairesDev as a Full‑stack Python AI Engineer and own end‑to‑end features for an enterprise AI assistant used by thousands of employees. You will work across backend and frontend layers, integrating agents, skills, and Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines while ensuring production‑grade quality.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs supporting AI agents and skill integrations.
• Build and evolve frontend interfaces within an established design system using React and TypeScript.
• Implement and optimize RAG pipelines in production with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or LlamaIndex.
• Validate agent behavior against comprehensive evaluation sets rather than ad‑hoc spot checks.
• Balance workload across the stack, with an approximate 70/30 backend‑frontend split.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional Python development (8+ years for lead‑level responsibilities).
• Hands‑on experience integrating large language models (LLMs) and building RAG pipelines in production.
• Proficiency with React and TypeScript for frontend work.
• Solid experience with AWS cloud services.
• Availability to work Pacific Standard Time (PST) hours.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
