Customer Service Representative

About the role

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is the primary point of contact for our customers, delivering a positive and efficient experience across multiple communication channels. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure orders are entered accurately and on time.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer questions and problems via phone, email, live chat, and other channels.
• Enter customer orders accurately, monitor deadlines, and follow up as needed.
• Collaborate with other departments to provide timely solutions and maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Adapt to different shifts to align with US business hours and provide continuous coverage.
• Work overtime when workload demands it.

Required profile

• English proficiency at C1 level or higher.
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1‑2 years of experience in a customer service or similar role.
• Familiarity with CRM or ticketing systems is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent problem‑solving and conflict‑resolution abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience using CRM software or ticketing systems.
