Bilingual Dental Patient Coordinator – Remote

About the role

The client is a U.S.-based dental practice seeking a remote professional to support front‑office operations. You will act as the primary point of contact for English‑ and Spanish‑speaking patients, handling appointments, insurance queries, and administrative requests.

Key responsibilities

• Manage patient communications via phone, email, and text in both languages.
• Coordinate appointments, confirmations, cancellations, and rescheduling while maintaining accurate provider calendars.
• Verify insurance eligibility, assist with billing, payment posting, and claim follow‑up.
• Enter and update patient information in dental practice management systems, ensuring HIPAA‑compliant record keeping.

Required profile

• Fluent English (C1+) and Spanish, both written and spoken.
• 1–2 years of experience in U.S. dental or healthcare administration, including scheduling and insurance verification.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in a remote team.

Required skills

• Experience with dental practice management software such as Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or Open Dental.
• Proficient telephone communication and patient service abilities.
