Analista de Liquidación de Ruta – Finanzas

About the role

The Finance department of Congelados de Centroamérica S.A. is looking for a Route Liquidation Analyst to manage daily billing settlements for route agents in Managua. The role ensures accurate recording of sales, returns, bank deposits, inventory movements and the calculation of commissions.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily liquidation of route agents' billing operations, registering sales, returns, bank deposits and inventory movements.
• Organize and include invoices, product returns, credit collections, deposits and other documents to prepare liquidation reports and calculate commissions.
• Enter route agents' attendance lists in the designated system, tracking agents, drivers and assistants to maintain traceability.
• Receive, archive and index supporting documents (manifests, invoices, credit notes, inventory reports, handheld reports) for fiscal, legal and audit compliance.

Required profile

• Graduate in Business Administration or a technical degree in Accounting, or a related university degree.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar liquidation or accounting role.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with SAP.
• Good command of the Microsoft Office suite.
