Housing Specialist – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Housing Specialist to join our growing team. In this remote, full‑time position you will coordinate temporary and long‑term housing solutions, acting as the main point of contact for clients from placement through move‑out. The role blends customer service, property management, and logistical coordination to ensure a seamless housing experience.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate housing placements based on client needs, budget, and location requirements.
• Source and secure suitable housing options through property owners, landlords, and housing providers.
• Manage reservations, lease agreements, move‑ins, move‑outs, extensions, and renewals.
• Serve as the primary client liaison throughout the housing process.
• Build and maintain relationships with property owners, landlords, and housing partners.
• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and service providers to ensure smooth operations.
• Resolve housing‑related issues, maintenance requests, and client concerns promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of housing inventory, leases, client information, and documentation.
• Monitor housing availability, occupancy, pricing, and lease expirations.
• Prepare reports and ensure compliance with company policies and housing regulations.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in housing coordination, relocation services, property management, real estate, or hospitality.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple housing requests simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• High attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace.
• Experience with CRM software.
