Appointment Setter / Lead Generation Specialist

About the role

We are looking for two motivated Appointment Setters / Lead Generation Specialists to join a centralized revenue operations team. You will engage qualified prospects through outbound calls, personalized emails, and LinkedIn outreach to spark business conversations and schedule appointments for company leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Contact qualified prospects via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
• Initiate credible business conversations and uncover potential client needs.
• Qualify prospects against a basic fit for the services offered.
• Schedule appointments for senior leaders.
• Research companies and decision‑makers, maintaining accurate prospect lists per campaign.
• Prepare and organize prospect information for outreach.

Required profile

• Confident, articulate, and curious communicator.
• Comfortable speaking with founders, owners, or executives.
• Warm yet assertive, able to handle rejection.
• Strong listener who can identify client needs.
• Detail‑oriented, methodical, and results‑driven.

Required skills

• Proven experience in outbound B2B appointment setting.
• Excellent spoken English, conversational rather than scripted.
• Experience documenting calls, managing follow‑up, and consistently booking qualified leads.
• Expertise in B2B prospect research, list building, and decision‑maker identification.
• Contact data verification abilities.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and spreadsheets.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns without mixing data.
