Sales Development Representative (SDR)

About the role

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to support a niche legal marketing business that connects expert witnesses with attorneys. The SDR will drive outreach through cold email campaigns and phone calls, representing the company professionally and ensuring smooth communication with both experts and law firms.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and execute cold email campaigns, responding promptly to inbound inquiries.
• Schedule calls, send calendar invites, and coordinate follow‑up communications.
• Handle email inboxes, provide information, and send resumes or relevant documents to attorneys.
• Source new expert witnesses for ongoing cases.
• Upload and maintain lead lists on marketing platforms.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Professional demeanor with the ability to represent the company confidently.
• Strong organizational skills and the capacity to manage multiple tasks.
• Proactive, self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and eager to learn.

Required skills

• Experience with email marketing platforms such as Smartlead or similar.
• Familiarity with CRM systems like HubSpot or comparable tools.
