Legal Intake Specialist – Remote (LATAM)

About the role

We are seeking a Legal Intake Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients of a U.S.-based law firm. This remote, full‑time role combines empathetic client service with consultative sales to drive case conversions.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the immediate first point of contact for new leads, answering incoming calls, emails, and web inquiries rapidly.
• Qualify potential clients, gathering preliminary information to determine case alignment with the firm’s practice areas.
• Drive lead conversion by applying consultative sales skills, moving qualified prospects toward booking a consultation and signing an engagement letter.
• Accurately enter data, attach required documentation, and maintain comprehensive interaction notes within the firm’s CRM.
• Schedule and coordinate video consultations, ensuring all parties are confirmed and prepared.
• Execute relentless, consistent follow‑up via calls, SMS, and email to keep leads engaged.
• Hit strict performance KPIs, including phone answer speed (under 7 seconds), lead response times, consultation show rates, and pending engagement close rates.

Required profile

• Exceptional English communication and active listening skills.
• Prior experience in legal intake.
• Strict availability to work a Tuesday–Saturday schedule aligned with Central Time (CT).
• Strong “closer” mentality, balancing empathy with drive to hit conversion targets.
• High proficiency with CRM systems and fast, highly accurate data entry.
