Remote Case Manager – Personal Injury Pre‑Litigation

About the role

HireHawk is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Pre‑Litigation Case Manager to work remotely for a U.S. law firm. You will independently manage cases from post‑intake through settlement, ensuring smooth progression without constant supervision.

Key responsibilities

• Open insurance claims, communicate with carriers, and verify policy limits.
• Coordinate medical treatment, gather records, and monitor case progression.
• Prepare demand packages and support settlement negotiations.
• Maintain consistent communication with clients, providers, insurers, and internal team members.

Required profile

• 3+ years of U.S. personal injury pre‑litigation case management experience.
• Proven ability to independently open, progress, settle, and close cases.
• Strong written and verbal English with minimal supervision.

Required skills

• Experience with insurance claim setup and policy‑limit verification.
• Medical treatment coordination and records management.
• Familiarity with legal case‑management platforms such as Clio.
