Human Resources Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Human Resources Analyst to support our HR operations. In this fully remote, full‑time position you will help streamline onboarding, offboarding, and credentialing while fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with multiple departments to address HR‑related needs.
• Serve as the first point of contact for HR policy, benefits, payroll, and general inquiries.
• Manage end‑to‑end onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Oversee credentialing, including distribution of insurance applications and communication with staff.
• Maintain accurate records for background checks, certifications, licensing, training, and other compliance documentation.
• Support HR projects aimed at improving compliance and organizational efficiency.
• Track and achieve HR performance indicators and metrics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant HR experience (preferred).
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple high‑priority projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Independent work style with professional presence.
