Talent Acquisition Coordinator

About the role

Sur, a fast‑growing recruitment agency that connects US companies with top talent in Latin America, is looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator. You will run full‑cycle searches for multiple clients, focusing on sourcing and engaging passive candidates for SaaS and technical roles.

Key responsibilities

• Manage 5‑8 open titles simultaneously, from intake to offer.
• Source passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other outbound channels.
• Screen and interview both technical and non‑technical candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and ideal profiles.
• Meet SLAs and KPIs for speed and quality on every search.
• Track candidates in Workable and create automations to improve efficiency.
• Provide a clear, respectful candidate experience throughout the process.
• Contribute to building and refining recruitment processes as the team scales.

Required profile

• 4+ years of agency recruiting experience, preferably in SaaS.
• Proven track record of hiring passive candidates.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Experience recruiting for US/Canada or other English‑speaking companies.
• Consistent record of meeting SLAs and KPIs.
• Experience in a startup or fast‑growing environment is a plus.

Required skills

• Strong LinkedIn Recruiter expertise.
• Proficiency with Workable or a similar ATS, including automation setup.
• Ability to source technical talent such as developers, engineers, and designers.
