Customer Service Representative

About the role

Ibex is looking for a Customer Service Representative to handle inbound calls and chats, provide follow‑up support and ensure a positive experience for customers of its partner brands.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls and chat messages.
• Conduct appropriate outbound follow‑up calls when needed.
• Assess customer needs, guide them to solutions and maintain acceptable call lengths.
• Meet productivity and quality standards while demonstrating urgency and professionalism.
• Escalate issues correctly and use departmental resources, policies and procedures.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by supervisors.

Required profile

• Fluent written and spoken English with clear, polite communication.
• Ability to type at least 25 wpm with 90 % accuracy.
• Proficient in navigating the internet, email and instant‑messaging tools.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Strong customer orientation, empathy and ability to handle irate customers.
• Effective problem‑solving, critical‑thinking and resolution skills.
• Professional demeanor, teamwork capability and flexibility in scheduling.
