Workday Analyst (Remote)

About the role

The Workday Analyst will support configuration and enhancements of Workday modules across Core HR, Compensation, and Benefits. You will collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance and international stakeholders to translate business needs into effective Workday solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and enhance Workday Core HR, Compensation, and Benefits.
• Support annual HR events such as merit cycles and open enrollment.
• Gather and analyse requirements from HR, Payroll, Finance and global stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into Workday configuration and custom reports.
• Train cross‑functional teams on Workday concepts and usage.

Required profile

• Proven experience with Workday HCM.
• Familiarity with Workday Compensation and Benefits configuration.
• Experience using Workday Report Writer or building custom dashboards.
• Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
• Advanced level of English.
