Virtual Executive Assistant to CEO (Remote)

About the role

Remote Executive Assistant supporting fast‑growing US and Canadian startups. You’ll work hand‑in‑hand with startup leaders, anticipating needs and helping them stay organized.

Key responsibilities

• Manage calendars, inboxes, meetings, travel arrangements and expense reporting for up to three executives.
• Build and improve workflows, trackers and documentation; support projects, reporting and process improvement.
• Coordinate across teams and stakeholders, track deadlines, dependencies and deliverables.
• Identify inefficiencies and propose better systems.

Required profile

• 2+ years of general work experience with at least one role held for 2+ years.
• Fluent English (C1 level) and detail‑oriented, execution‑focused mindset.
• Enjoy building structure, improving processes and working in fast‑paced environments.

Required skills

• Comfortable with Google Workspace, Slack, Notion and similar collaboration tools.
• Interest in AI and automation tools.
