Virtual Executive Assistant (Remote)

About the role

Viva is looking for a seasoned leader to support a senior executive in a fast‑growing US or Canadian startup. The role is fully remote and open to candidates living in Mexico, Colombia, Ecuador, Costa Rica, Honduras, Guatemala, El Salvador, Peru, Paraguay, or Nicaragua. You will bring your experience in team supervision, operations, or account management to keep the executive’s day running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the executive’s calendar, inbox, travel arrangements, expense reports, and event planning.
• Improve internal workflows, produce data analyses, create SOPs, maintain documentation, and coordinate cross‑functional projects.

Required profile

• At least 2 years in a leadership role such as Supervisor, Team Lead, Operations Manager, Quality Lead, Trainer or Account Manager.
• Fluent English (C1 level) with strong written and spoken communication.
• Demonstrated tenure of 2 + years in a previous role.
• Proactive attitude and ability to work independently.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Workspace.
• Experience using Slack.
• Familiarity with Notion.
