Virtual Assistant to CEO (Remote)

About the role

Join Viva as a Remote Executive Assistant supporting fast‑growing US and Canadian startups. You will work closely with up to three CEOs, taking ownership of their daily needs and helping them stay ahead in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage calendars, inboxes, meetings, travel arrangements and expense reporting.
• Build and improve workflows, trackers and documentation to streamline operations.
• Support projects, reporting and process‑improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate across teams and stakeholders, tracking deadlines, dependencies and deliverables.
• Identify inefficiencies and propose better systems.

Required profile

• 2+ years of general work experience with at least one role held for 2+ years.
• Fluent English (C‑level) and detail‑oriented, execution‑focused mindset.
• Enjoy building structure, improving processes and working in fast‑paced environments.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Workspace.
• Experience using Slack and Notion.
• Comfort with AI and automation tools.
