About the role

The Junior Sales Representative is the engine of field commerce, responsible for driving growth, brand positioning, and sales for represented brands and strategic clients. This hybrid commercial profile blends direct sales activities—such as prospecting, negotiation, quoting, and order closing—with on‑site technical execution, including merchandising, display control, store‑staff training, and inventory management.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute daily field itineraries, visiting customers and managing routes.
• Capture new clients, negotiate proposals, prepare quotations, and close sales orders.
• Ensure optimal product presentation at points of sale, controlling displays and inventory flow.
• Train store personnel on product features and merchandising standards.
• Maintain accurate administrative tools, including CRM updates, visit reports, and mileage tracking.

Required profile

• University graduate or recent graduate in Engineering, Marketing, Architecture or related fields.
• 1–4 years of experience in sales, field visits, or similar commercial roles.
• Strong self‑management and commercial rigor to organize daily routes efficiently.
• Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and objection‑handling abilities.
• Detail‑oriented mindset for visual merchandising and inventory control.
• Empathetic interpersonal skills to connect with external and internal customers.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems for client and activity management.
