Utility Interconnections Data Entry Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Utility Interconnections Data Entry Specialist to manage project information across multiple utility provider portals. The role focuses on accurate data entry and document uploads during both the conditional approval and post‑installation phases.

Key responsibilities

• Enter project data into five to six different utility company portals.
• Complete the conditional approval process by inputting project details (approximately 15–30 minutes per project).
• After construction, upload additional data and required documents for the post‑installation agreement (approximately 40 minutes per project).
• Ensure all entries are accurate and complete to facilitate timely approvals.
• Maintain organized digital records of all submissions.

Required profile

• No prior experience required; on‑the‑job training provided.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes.
• Basic computer literacy and comfort with repetitive tasks.
• Independent, reliable, and able to work remotely.
