Treasury Shared Services Analyst II

About the role

Remitly is reshaping global financial services, helping people send money across borders. The Treasury Shared Services Analyst II will centralize non‑job‑specific treasury functions, supporting teams in EMEA, Asia and the Americas.

Key responsibilities

• Own administration of third‑party and internal tools/portals.
• Lead quarterly audits of banks and manage related documentation.
• Coordinate communication with external partners and banks.
• Create and maintain operational procedures for Treasury Shared Services.
• Organize and coordinate Treasury team activities across multiple regions.
• Open new bank accounts and manage fund flows for Remitly’s partners.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong ability to establish robust operational processes.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and results‑focused.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Critical thinker who can challenge the status quo.
• Graduate of finance‑related studies and comfortable working in a hybrid setup.
