About the role

The Electromechanical Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring the reliability and continuous operation of plant machinery and electromechanical equipment. You will perform both preventive and corrective maintenance tasks, diagnosing faults, making adjustments, repairing components, and conducting functional tests.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out preventive maintenance on electromechanical systems to avoid breakdowns.
• Execute corrective maintenance, including fault diagnosis, adjustments, repairs, and component replacement.
• Perform functional testing after maintenance to verify proper operation.
• Maintain documentation of maintenance activities and equipment status.
• Support plant operation by ensuring equipment availability during all shifts.

Required profile

• Technical degree (mid‑level or higher) in Electromechanics, Industrial Electricity, Industrial Mechanics, Industrial Maintenance or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in mechanical, electrical or electromechanical maintenance within an industrial plant.
• Practical knowledge of both electrical and mechanical maintenance procedures.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve equipment failures.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends and overtime.
• Responsible, proactive, committed and able to work effectively in a team.
